Overview
The clearing of the Builder Arch in Kildealg, moments after the portal within it activated, and threw Siúlóir and King Glenys back out of its light.
The interrogation of King Glenys of house Balwen, and the revelation this man is in face Salkai who has taken the skin of the real Glenys Balwen - because he thought he had been killed by men from the High Kingdom. Unwilling to reveal his form, he reveals his mission and things he says humanity has forgotten.
The party rests in the wood under the watchful eye of Of the Tree and Of the Branch.
Finally, their spirits alive, somewhat restored, and the Arch ‘quiet’ from the P’ntri singing, they make their way back to Dun Dwym where nothing will be the same.
Sighted by armed men who have taken over the entrance to the white oak grove where the P’ntri and Glenys had imprisoned the “nightmare”, they were chased toward the Dun and the Mist. Siúlóir pushed the rest of them down the path with the power of Ursean, saving them, including the wounded huntsman (Llan)
Lost in the wood and fleeing, Siúlóir stumbled into a magical trap, a weaving of sigils and fire. He has a confrontation with a being that identifies itself as The Weaver and grills him about resisting the decision of Macháin to support the primacy of the High Kingdom. He restisted and Dunl-Chi found him in the dark night of the Blackthorn Wood. (Kileadlg)
Together, they returned to Dun Dwym. THe ‘King’, Glenys Balwen, suggested he stay in Dun Dwym and handle things there while they went south to the Builder Structure where the river vanishes.
The Lumber Contractors, Dirdenach and Chúl, constructed a sturdy raft for the heroes to use to travel down the river.
